A Legacy of Engineering and Innovation

Independent. Owner-operated. Built on three generations of wood-products expertise in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

HERITAGE

The "Circle of Life" Facility

14 acres in Hot Springs, Arkansas. A wood-products legacy that runs three generations deep.

We operate out of an industry-historic manufacturing facility in Hot Springs, Arkansas, originally built in 1969 and expanded over the years. The building has a long-standing pedigree in the wood products industry. For our leadership, the business represents a "full circle" story — many of our current owners are second- and third-generation wood products experts whose fathers worked in this exact building for many decades. After the facility sat empty following a 2008 shutdown, we officially reclaimed and purchased the 131,000-sqft plant in 2021, transitioning from an engineering-only office to this expansive, permanent home. With a substantial investment outfitting the facility with new cranes, welders, CNC machining centers, and a 380-megawatt-hour solar system, the heritage continues. At the time of our inception, the region had an abundance of skilled workers knowledgeable in equipment design and manufacture. We recruited an experienced staff of engineers, machinists, welders, field service technicians, sales representatives, and managers from this exceptionally talented workforce pool. Our team has since grown extensively — expanding our capabilities and knowledge, and implementing numerous process and equipment innovations for the industry.

INDUSTRY-LEADING EXPERTISE

Industry-Standard Engineering

Our foundation is built on decades of deep technical expertise

In 1998, our leadership was instrumental in designing the first high-speed log merchandiser system — “The Log Trimmer” — a breakthrough that has since become the industry standard for transverse high-speed log cut-up operations. With a history of involvement in over 200 systems, our engineering team specializes in heavy-duty fabrication designed for safety, production, and longevity.

A key differentiator is our focus on knowing the stress areas from years and years of experience, and protecting key equipment components through proprietary designs like shock couplings and oversized components — allowing machinery to run day in and day out with minimal downtime.

Smart Security

An entirely keyless facility utilizing electronic master locks and mobile-app-controlled security systems.

INDEPENDENCE & COMMUNITY

A Commitment to Strength and Community

Owner-operated, independent, and deeply invested in Arkansas

Unlike most of our competitors, we are not private equity-owned; we are an independent, owner-operated business that owns real assets and operates based on relationships, not solely profitability. This independence ensures reliability and responsiveness, allowing customers to communicate directly with decision-makers.

We are also a vital partner to the local community. Our leadership supports and participates in regional manufacturing education — helping any way we can through donations for local welding schools and workforce development to train the next generation of Arkansas’s workforce.
